Amr Rashidy is the Co-Founder and Engineering Manager of Synergy for Sustainability & Technology Solutions (Synergy STS), playing a central role in building the company’s technical foundation and driving its growth across global energy markets.

With over 15 years of experience across conventional power, renewable energy, and oil & gas, Amr combines strong engineering expertise with a sharp commercial mindset. From the early stages of Synergy STS, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction — structuring its engineering capabilities, establishing delivery frameworks, and leading the execution of complex, multi-market projects.

At Synergy STS, Amr leads the engineering function end-to-end, translating strategy into execution. He is directly involved in developing opportunities, managing technical delivery, and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and commercial viability. His leadership has been key in securing and delivering major international engagements, including strategic service contracts with global partners such as Cummins.

Amr’s expertise spans power generation systems, renewable integration, hydrogen and energy storage technologies, and full project lifecycle delivery. His ability to bridge engineering and business makes him a core driver of Synergy STS’s positioning as a dynamic and capable player in the global energy sector.

As a co-founder, Amr represents the engineering engine of Synergy STS — turning vision into execution and building a company designed to compete at scale.

Mustafa Alshehry is the Operations Manager at Synergy for Sustainability & Technology Solutions (Synergy STS), where he leads project execution, operational performance, and delivery management across the company's portfolio of engineering and infrastructure projects.

With a strong foundation in project controls, cost engineering, and execution management, Mustafa plays a central role in translating strategy into structured, high-performance operations. He is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered with discipline - maintaining control over timelines, costs, resources, and overall performance across multiple markets.

At Synergy STS, Mustafa oversees day-to-day operations, establishing efficient workflows, implementing robust control systems, and driving coordination between engineering, commercial, and management teams. His ability to integrate planning, cost control, and execution enables the company to operate with clarity, speed, and reliability in complex project environments.

Prior to joining Synergy STS, Mustafa held key leadership roles in project controls and cost management within major organizations including EDARA (SODIC), MEPCON, and Advanced Vision, where he was responsible for managing project performance across large-scale developments and electromechanical projects. His experience spans scheduling, cost control, contract management, and the implementation of advanced project management systems.

He represents the operational backbone of Synergy STS - ensuring that every project moves with precision, control, and consistency from planning to delivery.

Mohamed Mito is the Water Solutions Manager at Synergy for Sustainability & Technology Solutions (Synergy STS), where he leads the development and delivery of advanced water and desalination solutions integrated with modern energy systems.

With a PhD in Engineering focused on renewable energy-driven water treatment, Mohamed brings deep technical expertise in designing and optimizing water systems powered by sustainable energy sources. His work focuses on transforming complex engineering concepts into practical, scalable solutions that address real-world water and energy challenges.

At Synergy STS, Mohamed is responsible for the technical development of water-related projects, including desalination, water treatment, and energy-water integration systems. He plays a key role in shaping the company's water strategy, supporting project design, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, reliable, and sustainable solutions across different markets.

His experience includes the design, commissioning, and testing of reverse osmosis systems, as well as the development of advanced control strategies using modern engineering techniques. He has also contributed to internationally recognized research in renewable energy integration and desalination technologies.

Mohamed holds a PhD from Aston University, UK, and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

He represents Synergy STS's capability to deliver integrated energy and water solutions - strengthening the company's position in addressing future challenges in sustainability, resource efficiency, and infrastructure development.

Ehab Khairat is the Construction Manager at Synergy for Sustainability & Technology Solutions (Synergy STS), where he leads construction execution and site delivery across the company's infrastructure and energy projects.

With a strong background in structural engineering and extensive experience in construction management, Ehab brings deep expertise in both concrete and steel structures. He plays a critical role in ensuring that project designs are translated into high-quality, efficient, and fully controlled on-site execution.

At Synergy STS, Ehab is responsible for managing construction activities, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered in line with design specifications, timelines, and cost targets. His practical, hands-on approach enables the company to maintain strong execution performance across diverse and complex project environments.

Ehab is also the Head of Al Safwa, Synergy STS's sister company in Kuwait, where he has successfully led multiple construction projects, including residential developments and institutional buildings. His regional experience and leadership strengthen Synergy STS's presence and execution capabilities within the GCC market.

His expertise covers structural engineering, steel construction, site management, planning, and cost control, supported by strong proficiency in industry tools such as Primavera, AutoCAD, and structural design software.
